The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Aha 3D Innovations Private Limited, I/F-2, Solitaire Park, Ajmer Road, Jaipur 303007.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Aha! Store, accessible from https://aha.store
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Product warranty, refund and replacements
The Aha NexCruise ships with a warranty of 1 year. All other items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 15 Days (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of receipt of the product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, water damage, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been altered in any way. The decision of our company in this regard will be final and binding in all respects.
Return or refund is not offered without valid reason. We reserve the right to decline a refund request.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
To request a change of your order or to cancel it, please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “On hold” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, it is not possible to cancel the order.
For orders successfully cancelled, we may deduct upto 5% charges when processing your refund, depending on your payment method. (This goes against the payment gateway charges).
We are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Further, we reserve the right to take the final decision on all cancellation requests.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
If you believe that the product is not delivered in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package so it will be returned to us, and call our Customer Care 8003944400 or through email to email@example.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
You may track the shipping status of your order through the tracking number given by our shipping partner.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Shipping and Delivery Time
For items listed in stock, it normally ships out within 24 hours of the order coming it “processing” stage.
We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
In some cases, depending on the day and time of order, it may take an additional day for the product to be shipped.
For items available on backorder, a tentative shipping time is indicated on the product page itself. Please note the same before placing your backorder. Also, the indicated time may not be treated as a guarantee of shipping date. Your placing the backorder indicates your acceptance of the delay in shipment.
The delivery time is under the scope of the shipper, and not under our control. However, you will get full tracking and status updates. Your order ships out from our office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and is normally 2 to 6 days for all locations within India. We don’t have any mechanism for urgent shipment or delivery. So kindly plan accordingly, and avoid last minute orders.
